Where can I purchase your products?
Our candles are available for purchase online & in person!
For online orders, hit the "Shop" tab for our in stock inventory.
To shop in person, you can find us at local vendor fairs/markets, or you can contact us to place an order for local pickup in Greenville, IL or Staunton, IL. You can fill out the contact form, email, call/text, or reach out over social media. We will get back with you as soon as possible to set up a pickup time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For local pickup or vendor events, we accept payments by cash, credit, or Venmo. Credit card usage adds an additional $2 transaction fee. Credit cards accepted are Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Our Venmo is @shinebrightcandleco
Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept any returns. If you have any issues with your candles though, please reach out to us.
What should I know about your candles?
Our candles are made from 100% soy wax, meaning that they are made from soy beans! Soy wax burns cleaner and is derived from a sustainable resource, making these candles much more environmentally friendly than other types of candles. We also utilize fragrance oils that have passed through rigorous tests to ensure that they are phalate free, with no carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, or acute toxins. There are no dyes added to these candles, to keep them as clean as possible!
